We started the Sweater factory in 1993 (AFM Sweater), and after growing the business We started another trading house for  Apparel sourcing & exporter company in 2005(CARETEX). Our main base of customers is in the many countries and brands. (INDITEX, Broadway, Kangol, YMC, Giant Tiger -Canada, KIT Workwear- UK, FOX-Belgium, Costco, WallMart-USA, E-mart, ELAND KOREA, FO –JAPAN,  INDICODE-Denmark, OK Kids, Delta Gail-USA, PAPER denim-USA, A1-Workwear – Canada, US-Army and more). Mostly in Europe and the USA.

We expanded our own office in Europe (Venice, Italy in 2008 (registration number 04128730274) CRT SRL, England & Wales (Registration number 8264930) CTX Global LTD.  on 23^rd October 2012. we cannot operate well in the world recession.

CARETEX USA INC. (hereafter also referred to as the Company or the U.S. Affiliate) will operate as a wholesale and manufacturing business based in New York. The Company will specialize in the import, distribution, and production of ready-made garments, including tactical clothing for institutional clients such as the U.S. Army, as well as fashion apparel for commercial buyers. The U.S. Affiliate will handle market research, sample collection, and communication with buyers. CARETEX USA INC. will also manage logistics related to quality control, buyer inspection, and payment collection. Over time, the Company will expand its operations to include warehousing and domestic manufacturing to meet procurement conditions such as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) and LDP (Landed Duty Paid), which require sellers to handle all shipping, customs clearance, and delivery obligations to a buyer’s designated location in the United States. CARETEX USA INC. will support U.S. buyers by offering direct engagement, responsive service, and a reliable supply chain integrated with its overseas manufacturing network.
CARETEX USA INC., incorporated on January 22, 2025, in New York, will operate as an extension of Caretex (hereafter also referred to as the Foreign Affiliate). Mr. Knn Linku fully owns both CARETEX USA INC. and the Foreign Affiliate, Caretex, a Bangladesh-based garments manufacturer that has evolved into a global supplier of fashion and tactical apparel, serving major retailers and U.S. government agencies through a long-standing production partnership with ACCENT APPAREL CO., INC. The Foreign Affiliate combines in-house research and development (R&D) with a robust network of certified manufacturers, maintaining high standards and fast turnaround. Through its U.S. Affiliate, Caretex will strengthen client communication, support local logistics, and comply with evolving procurement models, such as DDP and LDP. This expansion will enhance delivery performance, meet U.S. Army requirements, and position Caretex for continued growth in the American market.
